About Me
Hi, I’m Mooky.
I’m a wife, a mother of three, a birth doula, and a somatic practitioner. Above all, I’m a woman who is still learning, growing, and discovering what it means to live fully connected to myself, my body, my heart, and my soul.
For much of my life, I struggled with connection. In friendships, in my marriage, and most importantly, in my relationship with myself.
I spent years living for everyone around me. Trying to understand their needs, their feelings, and their experiences. Shaping myself around others to feel loved, accepted, and connected.
Somewhere along the way, I lost touch with my own voice.
Through my own healing, I began to understand something that changed my life.
I could love deeply without abandoning myself.
I could have boundaries and still keep my heart open. I could honor my feelings, express my truth, and remain connected to the people I love.
And I began to discover that coming home to myself wasn’t just about understanding my story.
It was about coming home to my body.
Learning to listen to what I had spent years overriding. Softening the protective patterns I had developed and trusting the wisdom that had always been within me.
This journey continues to shape the way I live, love, and meet others.
I’m also a deeply sensual being. I love making yummy food, taking long baths, moving my body, dancing, and savoring life’s simple pleasures.
I love the feeling of being alive.
The warmth of the sun, the experience of touch, the pleasure of a delicious meal, and the joy of being fully present in my body.
Because I believe healing isn’t only about tending to our wounds.
It’s also about expanding our capacity to receive, feel, express, and enjoy being alive.
This is the heart of my work.
Somatic Intimacy.
Into Me I See.
And it’s from this place that I meet you.
