Your journey begins with turning toward yourself.
I offer private, personalized somatic sessions in my home in Surfside, Miami.
Each session is a space to slow down, listen, and explore what your body is communicating.
Our work together is collaborative and guided by what feels most supportive to you.
There is no one-size-fits-all approach.
We may incorporate Somatic Experiencing, therapeutic bodywork, fascial release, soulful touch, breath, or movement depending on your needs and intentions.
